It is a chronic inflammatory skin disorder clinically characterized by erythematous sharply demarcated papules and rounded plaques covered by silvery micaceous scales psoriatic lesion demonstrate infiltrates of activated T-cells that are thought to elaborate cytokine responsible for keratinocyte hyper proliferation. (1) Present study is a prospective study, conducted in tertiary care teaching hospital in coastal Andhra Pradesh prior permission from ethical committee was obtained.).
