INTRODUCTION: Congenital eversion of the eyelids, a condition usually seen shortly after birth is a rare condition affecting one or both eyelids of the eye. Many etiologies have been described but no specific cause has been identified. We report a case of congenital eversion of eyelids which was managed conservatively with spontaneous correction seen in 6 days.
