INTRODUCTION: Pain is as old as mankind and so is the quest for its control. It is defined as “an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage”.1 Pain relief is a growing concern to anaesthesiologist, since no single analgesia is free from side effect, so it is a challenge to provide pain relief without much side effect like sedation, respiratory depression or problem like nausea & vomiting.
